  • The plan covers incidents caused by manufacturing defects, as well as damage from liquids or breakages due to impacts.
  • Interventions due to accidental damage (such as screen breakage...) that are covered during the duration of the plan will incur a fixed cost of 30 euros, with the limitation of one repair per year.
  • The warranty extension lasts for a total of 4 years.
  • The service plan must be purchased within 90 days following the purchase of the HP device.
  • The battery is not included in the plan and is subject to the coverage of the product's standard warranty.
Conditions and guarantees

The prices indicated are expressed, by default, in euros and include all taxes, based on VAT (21%).
